In the course of seeking deliverance from COVID-19, villagers opposed to Christianity in a remote area unstopped their ears to hear local missionaries proclaim Christ’s saving death and resurrection. Workers were able to establish small groups gathering for Bible studies. A young man in one area said he was bound in hatred, drunkenness and stealing before he fell ill, and local missionaries prayed for him. He said that as they prayed, he became aware of every sin he had committed and tearfully received Christ. Workers undertaking such evangelism outreaches throughout the region need donations of $25 or $50. Workers request prayer for protection from opposition and the pandemic.
