Almost all the poor tribal people in remote areas who received loans from a native ministry for micro-enterprise farming projects have gained their livelihood from them and paid off the initial debt. They thus avoided high-interest lending from the unscrupulous and helped lift their families out of poverty amid the pandemic. Local missionaries began Bible studies among them, and those who received Christ have helped workers proclaim the gospel and follow up with new believers. Native ministries need donations in order to carry out these and other microenterprise projects. Pray that love for the Lord and each other would abound in material and spiritual harvests.
“The humble will see their God at work and be glad. Let all who seek God’s help be encouraged.” (Psalm 69:32)
