In a Muslim-majority country where more than 93 percent of the people are unreached, local missionaries share Christ in homes and in other small group settings, and breaking up hard soil for gospel seed involves extensive outreach to young people. A children’s camp equipped Christian kids to withstand persecution by peers and teachers and helped them solidify friendships with non-Christian kids in attendance; upon return home, the Christian kids then had the opportunity to invite those friends to church services. Local missionaries need donations to undertake these and other community outreaches. Pray for the Holy Spirit’s leading for workers amid poverty and opposition.
“Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” (Romans 6:4)
